Margaret is a Partner at Hughes Socol Piers Resnick & Dym, Ltd., where she represents clients in a wide variety of complex litigation matters, with a focus on civil rights, constitutional law, class actions, labor and employment, and qui tam litigation. Margaret has litigated claims for disability and race discrimination, wage and hour violations, and retaliatory discharge. On behalf of whistleblower clients, she has pursued claims under both the federal False Claims Act and Illinois False Claims Act.
